Sari silk ribbon comes from the manufacturing of Sari garments, or the reclamation of Saris that are no longer wearable. The fabric is torn into strips to be used for other projects. These bracelets are created from sari silk ribbon, braided, and then glued into a sealed end cap. The chain is from a reclaimed necklace found at a little thrift shop in Astoria, Oregon.
The colors on this are bold but soothing. The charm is a stag and doe patronus with the words "After All This Time?" The clasp is a magnetic silver bead for easy putting on and off.
Each Sari silk bracelet is one of a kind and measures between 7-8 inches unclasped. Because of the fabric braid, there is a little flex in the length. The bracelet will come packaged in a sealed plastic bag, and shipped in a bubble envelope.
